This site will help navigate you for both new student registration or returning student enrollment for all schools in the District, including Coolidge Virtual Academy. If you have questions about a specific school, visit our school website pages for information or contact the site's front office. If you are unsure of which school your elementary student (K-5) is designated to attend, please refer to our CUSD Boundary Map.
Which portal do I use?
New Student Registration
To register as a new student for the 2025-2026 school year, please use the New Student link.
A new student is any student who did not end the 2024-2025 school year at a CUSD school.
A student must be five (5) years old by August 31 of the current school year to register for school.
Registration must be completed by an adult parent or legal guardian.
Registration options for English and Spanish.
For new student registration, parents/guardians will be asked to upload the following:
- original copy of the birth certificate;
- immunization/shot records; and
- proof of residency.
Returning Student Enrollment
To enroll a returning student for the 2025-2026 school year, please use the Returning Student link.
A returning student is a student who was enrolled in a CUSD school on the last day of the 2024-2025 school year. All returning students must have their 2025-2026 returning student registration completed online.
To begin the 2025-2026 returning student registration, you will be required to enter a 15-character snapcode provided by Coolidge Unified School District. Parents/legal guardians will receive snapcodes via email. If you do not receive a snapcode email, please contact your child's 2024-2025 school site.
